Yes!

We do offer customisation on orders (subject to availability). Please inform us of any customary items/produce that you would love in your box and we will try our best to accommodate. 


Its simple! All you have to do is fill out an enquiry form on our website and answer all of the questions or alternatively contact us via Instagram/Facebook message or Email. We will then be in contact with you to chat further to create your graze.


Upon order placement any order under $500 we require full payment to be made. You will be sent an invoice with all your order details and once paid your order is locked in and secured in our diary. Any order $500 and over requires a 50% non refundable deposit to be made with the remaining 50% to be paid 48 hours prior to your order date. 

We do not accept refunds or cancellations once your order is confirmed. 


When placing an enquiry, please inform us if there are any dietary requirements or allergies that may affect you and your loved ones. We currently cater to dietary requirements (gluten free, vegetarian, vegan etc) and allergy requirements (peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs etc). We will try our best to cater to your needs, yet do know our boxes are not created in an allergen free environment and may contain traces. 


Gourmet Graze & Co boxes should be enjoyed and consumed within 2-3 days when refrigerated, yet we would strongly recommend to consume on day of delivery or pickup for optimal enjoyment. 


We are located in Sydney's Hills, Kellyville 2155. 


Yes, there is an additional fee for delivery services. (Pickup Kellyville 2155)

A delivery quote will be shared with you upon your order request.

Alternatively pickup can be arranged for a specific date and time. 


All Gourmet Graze & Co orders are required to be placed a minimum of 72 hours prior to delivery/pick up date. For any last minute grazing needs please reach out and we will try our best to fulfil your request.
