Terms & Conditions

Outlined below are Gourmet Graze & Co T & C's. 

The following words shall have the following meanings:

“Customer” means any person or company who purchases goods and/or services from the Supplier.

“Supplier” means Gourmet Graze & Co .

GENERAL

• These Terms and Conditions apply to all, for the supply of Services by the Supplier to the Customer and will prevail over any other documentation or communication from the Customer. 

• Any variation to these Terms and Conditions must be agreed upon in writing by Gourmet Graze & Co.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

• Unless otherwise stated on the Supplier’s website, the price of boxes and delivery terms may vary. Once the goods have been quoted, payment by the Customer shall be as follows:

(a) 50% non refundable deposit on acceptance of the Gourmet Graze & Co quote (if invoice is $200 or above) 

(b) Remaining 50% payment 48 hours prior to the agreed delivery or pickup date.

(c) If invoice is $200 or below, payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving invoice or order is void and will be removed from our diary.

• Gourmet Graze & Co reserves the right to modify, update or run promotions on any Service at any time.

• Gourmet Graze & Co reserves the right to change the price of any service at any time. Yet, once a service has been ordered, the price shall remain fixed for the Customer for their existing order. Under no circumstances shall the supplier refund the difference should the price of that service decrease.

CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATIONS

To enable Gourmet Graze & Co to perform and offer the best outcome, the Customer must:

• Pay for the Services in accordance with the payment Terms and Conditions.

• Provide accurate and true information regarding needs and wants to the supplier

• Provide accurate details for delivery address and contact person for delivery. (If choosing delivery option) 

SUPPLIER’S OBLIGATIONS

• Gourmet Graze & Co shall perform the Services with upmost skill, care and to a high standard.

• All consumables are subject to product/produce availability 

• All packaging is subject to availability

CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations are non-refundable.

• Whether or not to offer a credit is at the absolute discretion of the Gourmet Graze & Co team.
